Some species groups of the Conistra - Agrochola - Xanthia complex are discussed, one new genus, Himalistra gen. n. (type species: eriophora Püngeler) and nine new species:
Himalistra nekrasovi sp. n. (Pamir Mts),

Himalistra extera sp. n.,
Himalistra arcessita sp. n. (India, Himachal Pradesh),

Taxonomic news in the genus Euchalcia Hübner, 1821 (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae, Plusiinae) Part I.

Abstract: The discussion of some West Asian species of the genus, with the descriptions of three new species, Euchalcia (Pseudochalcia ) kitchingi sp. n. (SE and S Turkey), E. (P.) aranka sp.n. (W Tien Shan region) and E. (E. ) kautti sp. n. (SW Turkey) and a new subspecies of E. (E. ) augusta Staudinger, E. (E .) augusta wolfi ssp. n. (E Turkey) are given. The taxonomic status of Pseudochalcia Klyuchko is clarified as a subgenus of the genus Euchalcia and the problem of the E. (P. ) inconspicua complex is discussed. E. (E. ) phrygiae Dufay is downgraded to a subspecies of E. (E. ) viridis Staudinger.

Abstract
H. Hacker (1992): A revision of the genus Hadena Schrank, 1802 (Lepidoptera) I. - Esperiana 3: 243 - 361.
In the first part of the revision the taxonomy and zoogeography of the 19 species of the subgenus Aneda Hampson, 1918 known from the palaearctic region are reviewed. Four species: H. paropamisos from the W. Himalayas, H. wolfi, H. neglecta and H. esperi from Eastern Turkey and four new subspecies: H. perplexa plantei (W. Himalayas), H. strouhali oxygrapha (Mongolia), H. strouhali permixta (Tadschikistan) and H. silenes mesopotamica (SE Turkey), are described as new.
Three generic names are placed in synonymy for the first time: Kuruschia Boursin, 1940 syn. n., Perplexhadena Beck, 1991 syn. n., Parperplexia Beck, 1991 syn. n. and one combination, Hadena dianthoecioides (Boursin, 1940) comb. n. is proposed. Two neotypes are designated. Illustrations of adults, male and female genitalia, and range maps, are given for each species. The genus Hadena Schrank, 1802 ist characterized and its systematic position briefly discussed, while the phylogeny will be reviewed in the last part of the revision.

Abstract: Three new species, Eremodrina hunza sp. n., Eremodrina furcivalva sp. n. and Eremodrina eberti sp. n. and a new subspecies, Platyperigea montana weigerti ssp. n. are described. The species of the genera Platyperigea Smith, 1894, Eremodrina Boursin, 1937 und Paradrina Boursin, 1937 occuring in the Himalayan region are specified and discussed.

Abstract: The large and complexe genus Polymixis Hübner, [1820] ist devided into 11 subgenera: Polymixis Hbn., Propolymixis Berio, Eumichtis Hbn., Myxinia Berio, Parabrachionycha Hacker, Eremophysa Brsn, Brandticola subgen. n., Boursinixis subgen. n., Simplitype Berio, Serpmixis Beck, Bischoffia subgen. n.
Within the genus, species have been segregated into subgenera and species groups largely on the basis of the structure of the male and female genitalia. A key to subgenera is presented. Two new species are described.

Abstract: New synonyms and new generic combinations of Chinese Noctuidae are published and placed in appropriate subfamilies.
Zusammenfassung: In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden einige offensichtliche Synonyme und neue Genus-Kombinationen bekannt gemacht, die sich bei der Bearbeitung der unsortierten Noctuidae des Zoologischen Forschungsinstitutes und Museums A. Koenig ergaben. Ich erhebe nicht den Anspruch, in jedem Fall das älteste Synonym ermittelt zu haben, hierzu sind breiter angelegte Revisionen nötig. Es sollen nur einige Benennungen synonymisiert werden, damit sie als Angehörige eines bestimmten Taxons erkannt und bei späteren Revisionen berücksichtigt werden können. Dies ist insbesondere dann nötig, wenn die synonymen Benennungen in verschiedene Unterfamilien eingeordnet wurden.

Abstract: Characterization of the Dasypolia - Cteipolia complex with descriptions of a new subgenus of Dasypolia (Sinipolia subgen. n.), Dasypolia (Sinipolia ) vignai sp. n. (Sichuan ), Dasypolia (Sinipolia) honeyi sp. n. (Sikkim) and the redescription of Dasypolia (Sinipolia) acrophila Hampson (comb. n.) are given. Cteipolia Staudinger is downgraded to subgenus of Dasypolia.
